I met with Elliot Williams Director of Culinary for 110 Grill at their new Marlboro MA location for another Holiday Chefs recipe for Merrimack Valley Magazine.

This time the Chefs family favorite was Corn Bread Stuffing and yes believe it or not Creamed Chipped Beef ladled over Home Fries instead of toast for a hearty crunch.

Check out the recipe in the latest Holiday issue of Merrimack Valley Magazine and look for the article “Tradition in the Kitchen” by writer/editor Doug Sparks.

I shot a few from the collection of Mike with his, Greg Stevens GSD 1A,  Italo Fontano U-BOAT, and a Brietling. But what caught my eye was his Zenith with the most interesting strap made from Stingray leather. Something I will be looking for my own dive watch.
