I met with Elliot Williams Director of Culinary for 110 Grill at their new Marlboro MA location for another Holiday Chefs recipe for Merrimack Valley Magazine.

Postcard Park City Utah
Taking some time off the past few weeks and enjoying a family wedding in Park City Utah.
My niece Courtney and her husband Brandon celebrated their nuptials at the Red Cliff Ranch with a perfect evening for dancing and smores by the fire. It was great to be and see our west coast family again.
Lots of fun seeing the view from Deer Valley and enjoying hikes, sunsets, a street festival on Main Street Park City and the local cuisine. Janet and I finished our visit off with the Solar Eclipse of the Sun just as we headed our way to Moab Utah. Move to come on that.

Sunset Dinner at the Newburyport Range Lighthouse
Thanks to a friends gift, Janet and I spent a wonderful evening with dinner and a sunset at the Newburyport Range Light House at 61 1/2 Water St. Newburyport MA.
We were first met by Lighthouse Preservation Society proprietor Jay Highland. We then proceeded five flights of stairs to the top of the lighthouse. After a little history lesson Jay took our dinner orders and we explored the view for the next few hours.
Enjoying my coffee and dessert we made our entry into the log book and relished the quiet and serenity of the night.
