Shooting for Merrimack Valley Magazine on the art of fruit and vegetable carving with Chef Ruben Arroco.

Ruben is a master chef and culinary artist who is continuing an art form called Kae Sa Luk  with origins in Thailand in the  mid 14th century.

Check out more views and the story by writer Tara L. Masih in the Merrimack Valley Magazine Bridal issue.

The best part of the shoot was the little cheesecake treat Ruben set out for me once we were done.
