With all the events and tragedy that has happened in the past week in Boston the man at the forefront during the investigation was Ed Davis.
Back in 2005 I had the opportunity to photograph then Lowell Police Chief Ed Davis just before he accepted the Boston Police Commissioner position.
My contact was fellow blogger and writer Patrick Cook who was Communications Director at the Lowell Police Department at that time.
Amongst all the views taken that day I was able to do a few images of my own. This is a favorite of mine of Ed.

I got to shoot the wild mushroom pizza, kafta kabobs, fattoush salad, mushroom ravioli and the chocolate chip bread pudding with strawberries and whipped cream.
