Shooting for Merrimack Valley Magazine for an article by Emilie-Noelle Provost. Out on Rte. 97 in Methuen just behind the Dunkin Donuts you will find Prelude Restaurant. Viewed here is the Fettuccine Alfredo, orange glazed salmon with sweet potato gnocchi, and the porterhouse veal chop.
